I have never had issues with delivery...until now. I've ordered enough of these that I'm WELL aware they need to be signed for. So I always make sure I'm home during the delivery window (and I also work from home). This time, North contracted with a 3rd party delivery service instead of a reputable carrier; this delivery service employes people very much like uber or food delivery services, where drivers use their own personal vehicles. Not only did the driver(s) not deliver to the address listed on my order (they kept trying to deliver to my apartment office after hours, which is NOT my apartment number on the order) but customer service for both the delivery service and North Disposable were horrible. After several attempts to the wrong location, I instructed the delivery service to return my package to North so I could resolve it with them; and of course the package was never returned. Not surprised. Not only that, North has been completely unresponsive to every attempt I've made to contact them. This has changed my opinion about ordering from them in the future, which is a shame because I really do love their products!
