I really likethe taste.. just wish the shipping was cheaper

Have ordered from here several times and have mostly been satisfied. The shipping process isn’t great. And before now, they’ve been great at making sure to respond when I reach out with issues. I understand they can’t control when shipping issues arise, but when a customer places an order on 8/20 and still hasn't received the product by 9/16, you’d think they’d respond to messages.

I must start with a basic understanding. I really enjoy your product. The North 5000 Black Ice bar is absolutely out of this world. Great flavor, great power, it has a charger, and lasts long. Such a reliable product. This attribute, alone, should be worth 4 stars… However, it doesn’t mean anything if you never receive what you paid for. This review is 1 star because I never received my order. It has been in transit for 6 days and still no package. I ordered this over 14 days ago by now and still have not received anything or even a sign that it is still coming. I am requesting that I speak with a manager or receive some way to track my package, get an ETA, or explanation as to what has happened to my order.
